At Chocolates Pérez strong> we will enjoy a tasting of the best chocolate at home Pérez strong>, we will notice a noticeable difference of flavor with respect to other more commercial cup chocolates due to the more cocoa that contains, in the hottest months (May-September) the chocolate is cold although we can take them hot giving prior notice.
During the tasting, the factory manager D. Gaspar Pérez strong> will explain the history of the company, the family, the origin of cocoa, the manufacturing processes and all the good properties of cocoa.
Later we will go to the elaboration zone where they will explain us the operation of some of the exposed machines, to finally pass to the small museum-store where they will offer us another small tasting of the different chocolates that they make, and already, whoever wants to buy some candy, without any commitment of course.
